Sony finally reveals which PS4 games won’t work on PS5

Sony has been saying for months that the vast majority of PS4 games will work on PS5 through backwards compatibility, and it’s good to get some clarity on those that won’t work. Microsoft, on the other hand, says titles going all the way back to the original Xbox will work on Xbox Series X and Series S.

There are some other details about the PS5 backwards compatibility on Sony’s support page. Some PS4 games will get a bit of an upgrade, thanks to the PS5’s Game Boost feature, which seems similar to the PS4 Pro’s Boost Mode. Compatible titles will run more smoothly and/or have a higher frame rate.

Certain features in some titles might not work on PS5 (though Sony didn’t go into specifics), and you might run into “errors or unexpected behavior” while playing PS4 games. The company suggests testing your PS4 games on PS5 before buying any

  • PlayStation accidentally leaked a major PS5 feature
  • Sony later confirmed and offered some details about the upcoming PS5 feature

PlayStation has accidentally confirmed that the long-awaited feature that hardcore PS fans have been requesting is coming to PS5.

The information was leaked by the French arm of PlayStation. In a blog, it revealed that the PS5 would add trophy progress. Unfortunately, the blog did not offer many details about the feature, but it mentioned that it would be able to track the progress of earning individual trophies.

Tech review: Sony Xperia 1 II is a smartphone for shutterbugs, Reviews News & Top Stories

Sony continues to buck conventional smartphone trends.

Its latest, the Xperia 1 II flagship smartphone (available on Lazada), is taller than usual because of the unusual 21:9 screen aspect ratio it first introduced last year.

The Xperia 1 II also eschews the hole-punch selfie camera and the in-display fingerprint reader – used by almost all smartphone vendors to achieve a near-bezel-less display.

Instead, the Xperia 1 II has relatively thick top and bottom bezels to accommodate its front camera and dual stereo speakers. The phone also has a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint reader.

In addition, you will find a headphone jack, a port that has been removed from most high-end phones. The SIM card tray can be removed without an eject tool and comes with a microSD card slot that lets users expand the phone’s 256GB of built-in storage by up to an additional 1TB.

As a result of having these
