Alabama football returns to Tuscaloosa on Saturday, with the Crimson Tide kicking off against Texas A&M in Bryant-Denny Stadium.

We all know by now how different the season looks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but thankfully, it will continue on Saturday after the Tide’s impressive road on at Missouri last weekgfj

As for what to expect on Saturday, here’s what you need to know about the Tide’s first gameday at the Capstone this year, including the COVID-19 restrictions you need to know about. Also: Here is UA Gameday’s official page of 2020 information on how Saturdays will work. And’s Michael Casagrande has a helpful story on how different Alabama football will feel from tailgating to enforcing mask rules.

WILL CALL: 11:30 a.m.

WALK OF CHAMPIONS: 12:30 p.m. (See below for more information)

KICKOFF: 2:30 p.m.

Who plays in second half? Nick Saban came home from Missouri upset about how his team played in the second half, when it allowed a 35-3 lead to dwindle with a mix of starters and backups on the field. Saban also said after the game that Alabama “probably sacrificed a little bit offensively” by inserting freshman quarterback Bryce Young into the game late in the third quarter. If the Tide build a similar lead at home against the Aggies, one point to watch will be whether Saban turns to younger players in the second half. Young and running back Trey Sanders, who lost yardage on 10 touches at Missouri, and five-star freshman linebacker Drew Sanders, who appeared to be at fault on a 54-yard touchdown, were among the notable players who saw playing time in Columbia.dsg

Christian Barmore’s debut: Expectations were high this past offseason for Barmore, a disruptive pass rusher who caught opposing coaches’ attention last season as his role increased. He was set back this preseason camp by a knee injury but will likely make his return Saturday. Barmore might not start — sophomore Justin Eboigbe could be on the field first — but Barmore could add another layer of pass rush to an Alabama defense that received a jolt last week by the returns of Dylan Moses and LaBryan Ray, as well as by the debut of standout freshman Will Anderson.ds
