Samsung’s Galaxy A51 5G is currently the South Korean giant’s cheapest 5G offering in the market. That is about to change soon as the company has now announced an even more affordable Galaxy A42 5G smartphone. Samsung announced the Galaxy A42 5G on its UK website. The company’s Vice President of Sales in UK and Ireland said that it is a part of Samsung’s ongoing efforts to deliver next-generation connectivity to more people.

The Samsung Galaxy A42 5G will be priced at GBP349 (roughly Rs. 33,400) in the UK, that puts it below the Galaxy A51, which comes with the sticker price of GBP429 in the country (roughly Rs. 41,100). Samsung’s Android 11-powered One UI 3.0 update enters public beta in the US

Samsung’s One UI 3.0 update, which incorporates Android 11’s new features alongside some Samsung-specific improvements, has started rolling out in public beta in the US, SamMobile reports. The software is reportedly available for the T-Mobile variants of Samsung’s Galaxy S20 lineup, including the standard S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra, though the rollout should expand in the hours and days ahead. Galaxy A72 could be Samsung’s first penta-cam smartphone | TechRadar

Samsung is said to be working on a penta-camera setup for the first time on its smartphone. This will be the first time that Korean giant will have as many as five rear cameras on its upcoming Galaxy A72 smartphone. 

The first penta-camera device from Samsung will be crowned to a mid-ranger and not a flagship. The Samsung Galaxy A72 will most likely be the first phone from Samsung to feature the five camera setup. The sequel to the Galaxy A71 is expected to launch in the first half of 2021 according to a report from the Korean site Thelec.
